    COOLING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the integrated gel ice wrap in the freezer for 2+ hours and you can use it immediately. If a colder temperature is needed, freeze it longer as required. The internal temperature of the sleeve is lower than the external temperature, before use, make sure that the temperature is appropriate and not too low. If the temperature is too low, set aside some times before use. MICROWAVABLE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the wrap (at room temperature) in the microwave on a clean plate. Microwave for about 20-30 seconds. If more heat is needed, microwave in increments of 5-10 seconds to find the best heat time for your microwave. Before use, make sure the temperature is appropriate and not too hot.
