It has adjustable tension control and magnetic resistance. It suits bikes with wheel sizes 66cm (26") to 700C. Also suits some bikes with quick release wheels although a separate steel skewer adaptor (not provided) may need to be purchased in some cases. The Trainer folds for storage & features steel construction with necessary instructions. Use the Trainer to exercise in the comfort of your own home!
