    Direct to boot is free of charge with orders of $50 or more.

    Before you start your shop, choose the best time that suits you to collect your groceries. We’ll have your order ready to pop into your boot within the window you’ve selected.

    No. All you have to do is tell our team member your order number and they’ll pop your groceries in your boot.

    Don’t worry if you’re running a little late. It happens. Just let us know when you’re on your way using the app or the link on the SMS we sent you.

    If you don’t think you’ll be able to collect your order on the day you selected, please contact our Customer Service team and they’ll be happy to help you.

    You can choose to have your groceries packed in our 70% recycled paper bags, reusable plastic bags made from at least 80% recycled plastic, or packed into a trolley for you to repack into your own reusable bags.

    To make changes to your order, simply log into My Account, go to My Orders, and select the order you’d like to change. Please check the latest time you can make changes in your order confirmation email and My Account.
