Miso (soybean paste) is a product of natural fermentation of whole soybeans and grain. Use freely in soups, stews sauces, spreads and all styles of cooking.
Miso (mee-so) is often described as the vegetarians yoghurt for it has similar beneficial actions and nutritional values. By varying the mixtures of grain and a fermentation time the colour, texture and aroma may vary.
