Sour Cream & Chive Potato Mash
Serves 6 |Prep 5 mins | Cooking 25 mins
What you need - 5 medium (1 Kg) potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1 x 40 g sachet McCormick Sour Cream & Chive Potato Mash Recipe Base
- 1 tbsp (20 g) butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) full cream milk
What to do 1. Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.
2. Drain potatoes well, return to pan and mash until smooth. Add recipe base, butter and milk then stir until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve as a side to your main meal or as a tasty snack.
