In every kitchen there's an inspiration. For the Toscano family it's the tradition & culture of their Italian heritage. Fundamental to their heritage is the Southern Italian sweet tooth, & of all the delicacies & treats their most loved will always be tiramisu. For them there is only one recipe, the same one that first came out of Veneto in the 1960s, simply a base of coffee soaked Savoiardi biscuits layered with soft mascarpone mousse & then sprinkled with fine cocoa.
