    Berocca Performance 50+ is a unique combination of B vitamins, vitamin C and essential minerals, like calcium, magnesium and zinc, together with added natural ginseng. Taken daily, Berocca Performance 50+ may help improve your mental alertness and physical energy throughout the day.

    Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide): 50mg.
    Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) (As Calcium Pantothenate): 23mg.
    Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride): 10mg.
    Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 10ug.
    Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): 500mg Vitamin H (Biotin): 150ug.
    Folic Acid: 400ug, Calcium (As Calcium Carbonate And Calcium Pantothenate): 100mg.
    Magnesium (As Magnesium Carbonate - Heavy And Magnesium Oxide-Light) Zinc (As Zinc Citrate Trihydrate): 10mg.
