    Day 1 to day 3
    1 rapid-release capsule with a glass of water, 15 minutes before your 3 meals of the day.
    Day 4 and beyond
    2 rapid-release capsules with a glass of water, 15 minutes before your 3 meals of the day.
    - Use while following a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program.
    - Don't snack after dinner or in-between meals and remember to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day.
    - For best results, use Xenadrine for 45 days.
    - Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24-hour period.
    - Caffeine may cause sleeplessness if it is taken up to several hours before going to bed.
    - Ensure you read the entire label before use and follow these directions.
    Take 2 capsules with a glass of water 3 times daily, approximately 15 minutes before meals (preferably before breakfast, lunch, and dinner). To assess individual tolerance, refer to the chart. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use for 45 days in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program. Do not snack after dinner. Consume ten glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
