    Directions

    Adults: One capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Therapeutic dose (adults) for joint health: Six capsules spread over the course of the day, with food. E. g. two capsules in the morning, followed by another two at lunch, and the final two at dinner. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Store below 25?

    Adult: For general wellbeing: take 3 soft capsules daily with food. For cardiovascular & heart health: Take 2 soft capsules 2 times daily with food. For arthritis: Take 3-4 soft capsules 3 times daily with food. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

    Children 2-12 years: Take 1 soft capsules per day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
