    Ingredients

    Psyllium husk powder 3.4 g per 7g dose.

    Directions

    Simply add 7 g (approximately 2 teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water.
    Storage Instructions: Store below 30C with lid tightly closed to protect from humidity.
