    2. Select the day and time you'd like your groceries. Once you pick a time, we'll reserve it for the next 2 hrs.

  • Link your Everyday Rewards card

    Rewards card.

    1. After you link, view all the products you love to buy, in-store or online under Buy again.

    2. See all your points boosters (add them straight to cart) and track your points balance.

Use these tools and features to get your order exactly how you want it

Leaving a Personal Shopper note against any item is the best way to let them know exactly how you’d pick those items in store, especially fresh fruit and veg. You could also ask them to pick a specific size or weight, green or ripe produce, or even choose certain items by their use-by-date.

From time to time, there may be some items that are not available when you shop. However, you can still get the items you want if you let us find you a suitable alternative. If a substitute is not available, we’ll then give you a refund for that item. You can also let us know if you don’t want a substitute for certain products.

Creating lists helps you shop quicker and smarter. You can see all the products you’ve bought previously, find your favourites easily, and never forget what you need. You can also add an entire list to your basket with one click or all the ingredients of your favourite recipe.

Using filters when you shop will help you find the brands, products or recipes you want and get you to checkout quicker. Filters are also handy to look for products suited to your specific dietary needs or avoid those that contain ingredients you may be allergic to, like peanuts.

Making changes to your order is easy. Simply go to woolworths.com.au, log into My Account, go to My Orders and select the order you’d like to change.
If you’re on the app, either tap on the active order square on the home screen or go to My Orders in the More section. If you’re still within your cut-off time, you can tap the Change My Order button to make changes to your order.

Once your order is ready to be delivered, you can track it by logging into My Account on our website, then going to My Orders. If you’re on the app, tap Track my order in the More section, then select the order you’d like to track.

You can receive your groceries at over 1,000 locations across Australia. To find the store that is most convenient for you, simply enter your address in the cart and select your preferred location. You can also search all our locations here

There are 2 things you can do to make your shop quicker and easier every time. Start by choosing either Delivery, Direct to boot & Pick up first. This way you’ll know you’re shopping the most up to date range and stock levels, at the store you selected.
Then choose the time and day you’d like to receive your groceries. Once you’ve selected a time that suits you, we’ll hold it for the next 2 hours.

There are many benefits you can enjoy with an Everyday Rewards card, but linking it to your Woolworths account means you can take advantage of great points boosters, exclusive offers, and specials personalised to you.
Once you’ve linked your card, you’ll be able to see all the products you love to buy, in store or online, in the Buy Again section. You’ll also be able to see all your points boosters that you can add straight to your cart.
