As yet another reward for shopping with us, we offer our customers a fantastic Caltex Woolworths fuel discount. When you spend the qualifying amount at any Woolworths supermarket, you can use your fuel discount docket to save 4c off per litre on fuel at any Caltex Woolworths Fuel outlet.

Extra 4¢ offer available from CALTEX WOOLWORTHS and CALTEX SAFEWAY co-branded outlets

1. To qualify for the extra 4 cent offer, you must spend at least the qualifying amount in one transaction at a participating Woolworths/ Safeway Supermarket Store PLUS spend $5 or more on in store items, in one transaction, at a CALTEX WOOLWORTHS or CALTEX SAFEWAY co-branded outlet.
   
2. You must present your Everyday Rewards Card for swiping or surrender your fuel saving docket at the CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlet at the time of fuel purchase.
   
3. Purchases of Gift Cards (including iTunes cards) and Caltex StarCash do not contribute to the qualifying amount.“Smoking/Tobacco products and accessories” purchases are excluded from the qualifying amount.
   
4. Woolworths/Safeway Supermarkets or CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded outlets may change suspend or terminate the conditions of this offer at their discretion.
   
5. Woolworths fuel saving offer terms and conditions apply (see above).

Fuel Discount Docket Conditions

1. To receive a saving off the standard purchase price of fuel at CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets, you must spend at least the qualifying amount (as advertised from time to time) in one transaction at a participating Woolworths/Safeway Supermarket. Purchases of Gift Cards (including iTunes cards), Caltex StarCash and “Smoking/Tobacco products and accessories” purchases are excluded from the qualifying amount.
   
2. The fuel saving you have qualified for is recorded electronically on your Everyday Rewards Card or printed on your Woolworths/Safeway Supermarket fuel saving docket. If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred on your Everyday Rewards Card, you should call 1300 10 1234.
   
3. Buy fuel and either present your Everyday Rewards Card for swiping or surrender the fuel saving docket at a CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlet before the expiry date (28 days from the date of purchase) to receive your fuel saving.
   
4. The maximum fuel saving per litre that you can receive per transaction cannot exceed the cost per litre of fuel purchased regardless of the fuel saving that you have qualified for.
   
5. You may only redeem one fuel saving offer per transaction, per vehicle, for a fuel purchase of up to 150 litres.
   
6. This offer is only available for purchases at participating Woolworths/Safeway Supermarkets Stores. Offer is not available for purchases at CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets or Caltex/Ampol fuel outlets.
   
7. If your Everyday Rewards Card is lost, stolen or damaged, please consult the Everyday Rewards Cards terms and conditions at everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234. Dockets that are damaged, defaced or altered are not valid for any fuel saving offer.

From the 22nd January, cents per litre fuel saving will no longer be offered on purchases of tobacco and smoking products in Woolworths/Safeway Supermarkets, Woolworths Liquor and Caltex Woolworths/Safeway co-branded fuel outlets in VIC, WA and NT. Cents per litre fuel saving is currently not offered on purchases of tobacco and smoking products and accessories in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS.

What is the Fuel Discount Offer?
Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Liquor customers receive a standard 4c per litre fuel saving when they spend $30 or more (excluding gift cards, alcohol, tobacco and smoking products) in a Woolworths Liquor or Woolworths/Safeway Supermarket store.

What is the extra 4 cents offer?
Caltex Woolworths co-branded fuel outlet customers that spend at least the qualifying amount in one transaction at a participating Woolworths/ Safeway Supermarket Store PLUS spend $5 or more on in store items (excluding gift cards, tobacco and smoking products) in one transaction qualify for the extra 4 cents offer.

Why has Woolworths cancelled the fuel discount offer on tobacco products in VIC, WA and NT?
In recent years both State and Federal Government have increased the regulation of tobacco products with initiatives such as plain packaging and display bans now in force across the country. Victoria has passed laws and banned promotions like the fuel offer on tobacco products from early 2013, and we expect that the remaining states and territories will consider similar legislation.
