Spicy Sticky Pork Rashers

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tbs Woolworths Select Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 green shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • finely grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp smokey paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 600g pork rashers
  • steamed rice and vegetables, to serve

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork rashers in a jug and whisk until well combined. Arrange pork rashers in a shallow glass dish and pour over marinade. Turn rashers to coat evenly with marinade and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a chargrill pan or barbecue on medium. Transfer marinade to a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes. Cook pork rashers on chargrill for about 8 minutes. Serve with steamed rice, vegetables and spoon over a little of the heated marinade.
