Spicy Sticky Pork Rashers
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tbs Woolworths Select Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 green shallots, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- finely grated rind of 1 orange
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp smokey paprika
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
- 600g pork rashers
- steamed rice and vegetables, to serve
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except pork rashers in a jug and whisk until well combined. Arrange pork rashers in a shallow glass dish and pour over marinade. Turn rashers to coat evenly with marinade and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a chargrill pan or barbecue on medium. Transfer marinade to a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes. Cook pork rashers on chargrill for about 8 minutes. Serve with steamed rice, vegetables and spoon over a little of the heated marinade.
