With delivery in under 2 hours, Delivery Now is the quickest way to have a full grocery shop of up to 50 items delivered to your door. Shop more than 20,000 products, 7 days a week in most metropolitan areas. Estimated time of arrival is shown at Checkout and a delivery fee is included, starting at $15 in metropolitan areas on weekdays. You can also track your order using our Live Map.
Simply select your preferred Delivery Now window during Checkout or in the Woolworths app. The estimated time of arrival will be shown at Checkout.
Once you place your order, our Personal Shoppers will hand pick your items at your local store. Once it’s packed, one of our partner drivers will deliver it to your door. We’ll keep you updated on its progress by SMS, and on our website and app. You can also track your delivery in real time using our Live Map.
We prepare your order by hand picking items at your local store. Your order is then delivered to your door by one of our partner drivers in under 2 hours. Head’s up: our Delivery Now drivers don’t wear Woolworths uniforms or drive our refrigerated trucks.
Your order is hand picked with care in your local store and it's then delivered contactless by a partner driver of a trusted on-demand delivery company hand picked by us. You’ll notice that our Delivery Now drivers don’t wear a Woolworths uniform and their non-refrigerated vehicles aren’t the Woolworths trucks you may be used to. That’s because Delivery Now orders are delivered directly from a local Woolworths store near you, which means it only takes minutes to deliver your order - just as if you’d gone to the shops yourself.
Delivery Now has a delivery fee starting at $15 in metropolitan areas on weekdays. You’ll see it at Checkout and in the delivery window selector. If you subscribe to Delivery Unlimited, you’ll only pay a $10 delivery fee for orders of $75 or more, which helps you save 30%! Bag fees apply. First-time Delivery Now orders of $100 or more will be delivered free of charge.
Delivery Now is available in most metropolitan areas in Australia such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Geelong, Albury, Hobart, Launceston, Darwin, Cairns, Townsville, Toowoomba and other metro regions. You can check if Delivery Now is available in your area in the delivery window selector or at Checkout in the Today delivery windows.
Delivery Now is available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm except on some public holidays. Some selected areas may have different shopping hours such as 9am to 7pm depending on their location.
To make sure we can pick, pack and deliver your order as quickly as possible, there’s a maximum of 50 items per Delivery Now order. We also have to exclude heavy or bulky items that may not fit our Delivery Now vehicles, as well as Deli items, which take time to prepare. If your order contains liquor, cigarettes or sharp objects, you’ll need to nominate a person over 18 with proof-of-age photo ID to receive your order. Unfortunately, Delivery Now is not available for Everyday Market from Woolworths orders.
